Cooking with Herbs: How to Make the Creamy and Easy Dill Spinach Dip

Dill spinach dip

With the abundance of herbs and spices from my garden, it would be a shame not to cook with them. Fresh food elevates the flavor of any dish and I make the most of it with all the seasonal herbs I have in hand.

My kids love this dill spinach dip! This dip can take your regular evening snacks to another level. Trust me, give it a try.

Here is a 10-minute recipe for dill spinach dip.

Ingredients

  • Yogurt (1 cup)
  • Sour cream (1/2 cup)
  • A bunch of chopped spinach
  • Fresh, chopped dill (1 tablespoon)
  • Chopped small onion
  • Garlic clove (1 minced)
  • Olive oil (1 tablespoon)
  • Lemon juice (1 tablespoon)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Method

  • Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well (until it blends perfectly)
  • Cover the bowl and refrigerate it (for 1 hour)
  • Serve the dip with crackers or use it as a spread for your pita bread and wraps.

Thank me later. Bon appetit!
